A tracking link provided by email once your order is dispatched. 🇺🇸 USA Shipping - FREE on orders over $99 US orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Before shipping an order, we will contact you via email or whatsapp to ensure the product you ordered is compatible with your ebike. Once confirmed, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, with a shipping time of 5-7 business days. A tracking link sent by email once your order is dispatched. The shipping service we use is fully tracked via USPS once your shipment lands in the US. We take care of all Tariff charges and all import paperwork so there's no surprise fees when your order arrives in the US A few important things to note:** We’ll contact you by email to confirm your bike’s make, model, and year before we dispatch your order. We can’t ship any US order without this information as this helps us avoid compatibility issues and costly returns. Due to the updated US import process, some delays may occur. Before shipping an order, we will contact you via email or whatsapp to ensure the product you ordered is compatible with your ebike. Once confirmed, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, with a shipping time of 5-7 business days. A tracking link sent by email once your order is dispatched. The shipping service we use is fully tracked via Aus Post once your shipment lands in AU.  A few important things to note:** We’ll contact you by email to confirm your bike’s make, model, and year before we dispatch your order. Contact: support@ebiketuner.com 🌍 All Other Countries We can ship to other countries worldwide on request. Shipping is paid and depends on your location. All international orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid — you may be charged customs/import fees Contact us on support@ebiketuner.com if you need more information 📦 Import Charges & Customs Other than the United States, we ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any import duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility. Orders returned due to unpaid customs or failed delivery may have these fees deducted from your refund. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering. 🕛 Order Cut-Off Times Same-day dispatch cut-off: 12pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12pm Friday will ship the following Monday. 🔁 Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you've changed your mind, please email support@ebiketuner.com with your order number, name & contact number. We will provide you with the details to safely return your order. We've made returns easy for you, please do not return an order without contacting us first as we have a system in place. Once your return is received, refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. Please note: Return shipping costs are deducted from the final refund amount (unless your product is faulty). Items returned in used condition or without their original packaging will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Damaged items may be charged 50%. ⚙️ Faulty or Defective Items All off our tuning kits come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of warranty depends on the brand. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@ebiketuner.com as it will contain your tracking link Track Your Order Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website: - UK Orders (Royal Mail): royalmail.com/track-your-item - US & AU Orders (Royal Mail from the UK, then domestic carrier): Use royalmail.com/track-your-item to monitor your order first. As soon as it arrives in your home country, it will be delivered by your domestic carrier (eg; USPS for US or Aus Post for AU) - RoW Orders - We use different shipping partner for RoW orders. Use the link sent in your email confirmation. How Long Does Delivery Take? - UK: 1-5 working days with Royal Mail depending on your selection - USA: 5-7 working days - Australia: 5-7 working days for NSW, VIC, QLD. WA can take up to 14 working days. - Canada and RoW: 5-10 working days My Tracking Hasn't Updated Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking still shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our support team and we'll investigate. I haven't Received a Shipping Confirmation Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 3 working days, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch with us.
