US & AU Orders (Royal Mail from the UK, then domestic carrier): Use royalmail.com/track-your-item to monitor your order first. As soon as it arrives in your home country, it will be delivered by your domestic carrier (eg; USPS for US or Aus Post for AU)

How Long Does Delivery Take?

UK: 1-5 working days with Royal Mail depending on your selection

USA: 5-7 working days

Australia: 5-7 working days for NSW, VIC, QLD. WA can take up to 14 working days.

Canada and RoW: 5-10 working days
My Tracking Hasn't Updated
Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking still shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our support team and we'll investigate.
I haven't Received a Shipping Confirmation
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 3 working days, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch with us.
